TV Pad is an HD streaming player built with Android OS. Its target demographic is Chinese-American baby boomers who may not be familiar with modern user interfaces and need guidance. The tv box also had an antenna port on the back so customers could easily switch between their traditional television offerings and newer applications.
My task as one of the UI/UX designers was to lay out a clear and friendly user flow with easy-to-access reset options in case the user gets lost. In addition, the fonts were designed larger than normal so that they can be read easier.

Instruction Guide
When users first open TV Pad, they are shown a tutorial which teaches them how to use the remote control. They are also shown how to return home in case they ever get lost.
