The ENSMBL was formed in 2018 in downtown LA. Designed and curated to outfit the modern, stylish woman with products as exceptional and versatile as she is.

I helped design and launch their new eCommerce business from the ground up. I implemented and ran A/B tests on Google Optimize and Klaviyo to increase conversions: tests include product page optimizations which increased sales by 66% and per session value by 72%. I also created and provided art direction for email + videos ads on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Google.

Email Marketing

Effective email marketing is crucial to the success of an online business. I was responsible for creating engaging email campaigns highlighting new product releases, sales and holiday promotions. Emails were optimized for subject title, content, and flows to boost click rates, open rates and conversions. Depending on season, sales from email made up 33% to 48% of total revenue.

Ad Creation

I created ads to optimize conversions depending on demographic and platform. After market tests, ENSMBL’s core customers ended up being 25 – 35 year old females on Instagram with an interest in fitness.

UI / UX

I created wireframes and designed mockups with Adobe XD as well as implemented these updates with Shopify liquid, HTML, and SCSS. Because the majority of traffic was from mobile at 85%, our team placed more focus on the phone user experience. I also ran tests on Google Optimize to improve conversions, add to cart, and AOV.

As a result, the current version includes product tabs, icon feature highlights, video, and fit guarantee.
